1 ½ oz Limoncello Rossi d’Asiago
1 Sugar lump
2 drops Angostura bitter
Soda
In a low Tumbler add a sugar cube previously soaked in bitter. Pour some soda on the sugar cube until it melts. Add Limoncello and ice, mix and top up with Soda. Garnish with lemon zest and maraschino cherry.
