Limoncello Rossi d’Asiago is an authentic Italian lemon liquor produced with the finest lemon peels from Southern Italy. A traditional italian recipe,
passed down through generations in the Rossi d’Asiago distillery.
Color: bright yellow typical of lemon
Aroma: Citrus fruits
Taste: Sweet and sour, very aromatic, with an intense taste of lemon.
Well balanced citrus notes. Velvety, sweet and refreshing.
ABV: 32% Sugar content: 30%

How Limoncello Rossi d'Asiago is made
The ripe and beautiful selected lemon peels are steeped in alcohol for several weeks until the essential oils are released and the liquid has got the characteristic color and flavor. After one month, the infusion is ready to be combined with a simple syrup and high-quality alcohol of agricultural origin. The well-known, zesty, sweet and tart yellow liquid is now ready to be sipped.
